The little calendar trick that nobody ever told me about is to create a calendar meeting specifically for when you’re out of office / on holidays!
Why?
It blocks out your calendar AND (if you want) declines all meetings.
How?
1. Create meeting
2(a). Choose the meeting option “Out of Office”
OR
2(b). Just type in “OOO”
3. Set an auto-decline + message on
